Screen Printing Policies A minimum of 10 garment pieces are required for each screen-print order. The 10 garments can be any combination of apparel types as long as they receive the same artwork design and ink colors. Each artwork design (all locations included) will require a minimum of 10 garments.
A $12 screen set-up fee is assessed for each color in the artwork design.
All orders will take seven 7 business days to complete after approval of customer’s final artwork design. Any order needed before 7 business days will have a $50 rush fee added on to their invoice. During busy seasons, orders may require up to 14 business days to finish and the rush fee will apply to orders needed before 4 business days. The aforementioned business days do NOT include shipping.
Power Teamwear’s business days for screen printing are Monday through Friday. All government holidays are observed and are not included in business days. Any other observed holidays will be posted on Power Teamwear’s storefront in advance.
Power Teamwear can only print customer created artwork if it is in the correct file format. These would include CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Vector, and EPS files. Unacceptable formats include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Word documents, jpeg, bitmap, gif, and ping files. Recreation fees may apply if customer only has low resolution files. This fee will be determined by the complexity of the design. The only exception is if the customer wants their “as-is” low quality image to be printed using our Direct-To-Garment printer.
Power Teamwear provides logo and artwork creation services for those with no electronic files. Customers are allowed up to 3 revisions to the created artwork. Greater than 3 revisions will require an additional artwork fee. This fee will be based upon the complexity of the artwork design and will be agreed upon with the customer before further revisions are made.
Power Teamwear prints colors from the Wilflex color chart. Actual print colors may vary from those viewed on computer screens. Differences in computer screen resolutions and sizes may slightly skew the actual tints. A copy of the Wilflex color chart can be found in the “Screen-Printing” section of our website.
All orders that are not picked up in-store will be charged a delivery fee, even if the order is delivered by a Power Teamwear employee.
Cancellations are accepted with no charges assessed, if done so prior to the start of any production. Service fees will still be charged if cancellations are done after the start of production. Production includes partial or complete services on artwork, research, order of apparel, or screen-printing. No refunds will be given and/or full payment is expected if the screen-printing process has begun.
